Our Values

We are the storytellers of Washington County who create innovative experiences that share our
heritage and celebrate our diverse cultures.

Body

Body First — we recognize that all bodies have the right to be safe and welcome. We exceed ADA compliance and provide audio, tactile and visual display content. We provide water, food, quiet, movement and other
support for well being; we respond to input about how we can welcome folks with specific bodily needs.

Volunteers help FIve Oaks Museum grow programs that would be impossible without community
involvement. We offer a variety of opportunities for teens, college-age students and adults, as well
as group/corporate volunteer opportunities at our major events. Learn more about our primary
volunteer positions below. (From time to time, we have other volunteer opportunities available.)

Co-Directors

Leading the organization as a collaborative team,
Nathanael (he/him) and Molly (they/them) utilize their shared brain to keep the museum stable but never stale. Hit them up about strategic partnerships, collaboration opportunities, events and public programs, and other wild schemes.
